OHS and AMRAP in 18 minutes

Tonight we did overhead squats (OHS) and a great 18 minute AMRAP. 

Our warm up was 3 rounds of 
200m row
8 strict presses with 45lb bar
15 air squats 

For the strength, we haven't done OHS in a while so these  were challenging. My 1 rep max is 85 but I only hit 80 tonight and mom's is 55 but she hit 60! Go mom!

Our forms still need a little work, but all in time ;)

Here was the workout tonight:
Not easy running with a medicine ball!! But we did it! 

I got 6 rounds plus a 200m run and 10 v-ups and mom got 6 rounds even.

Great cardio workout tonight!
