Holy workout!!!

Really Bill?!? This was an evil workout... I think the length is what hurt me because the workouts weren't that tough and we took some breaks. But working out at 9am on a Saturday, with no food in my body, definetly took a toll!

Here's the workout 
This was a partner workout..

We had to get all the 100 reps done of each workout while one of us held the static position and the other did the workouts until we were hurting too bad and had to switch. Not easy! 

Mom did so awesome holding the handstands, planks, deadlifts, and chin over bars! She's incredible! 

I got so sick during this workout and we had to stop so many times; therefore, our time is a little much lol, but at least we didn't quit, thanks to mom!!! :)
