Burpees=No Bueno!

After tonight's workout, this pretty much says it all.. 
Then again, we always leave with a smile on our faces :) probably because we just survived hell! 

Anyway, tonight's warm up:
Not too bad, lunges killed my legs but other than that, it was a nice warm up.

The workout on the other hand.. 
Front squats were not easy. We had to use our 1 rep max to base the percentages off of. Mine is 125, moms is 100 and Marisa took a guess and used 165 since she doesn't know her 1 rep max yet. These were tough, especially the 3 reps at 85% our max. But we all did a great job!

The actual workout was a heart rate intense workout, which is always the case when burpees are involved! We all did such a great job! Go girls!!
