For the warm up..
Rowing 1 minute, 3 times was cake since we rowed 1000m yesterday. Warm up was a great start to today's workout.
For the power move, we had to do cleans.
I worked off my max which was 105 and mom's is 75. These were tough but they are my favorite workout.
The workout was so hard, but I managed. Here are the times from tonight's crew.
Nice job people!!! Now time for bed. First day of school starts tomorrow! Can't wait!
