My new PR is 145! I went from 125 to 145 in just 3 weeks! Incredible progress! Although I really wanted to get 150, I'm satisfied with 145 :)
Mom's knee held her back a little tonight so she skipped back squats and decided to do some pull-ups! She did awesome and used the skinny blue band! She did a lot of pull-ups and then did some without the band! So amazing! I remember when we first started and she was using the huge purple band lol and now she is using the skinniest band! So awesome!
Anyway, some pictures of my PR tonight for back squats.
Tonight's workout was pretty cool...
I finished in 9 minutes and 36 seconds
Mom finished in 9 minutes 55 seconds
I did regular push-ups the entire time except for the set of 15, I had to snake up and finish the push-ups that way.
