It's October 1st and we decided to do an October challenge. Crossfit for at least 20 days this month! We can do it! Going hard!
Tonight's workout looked short and easy and it knocked the wind out of us!
Started with a 10 minute warmup. Then hang cleans, deadlift cleans, then an 8 minute workout of power cleans and burpees (climbing the ladder).

8 minutes and we were dripping sweat!
Finished 8 rounds and then I did two extra power cleans.
